- Will I be exposed on the table during the massage?
No. You will be covered with a sheet the entire time. Your legs and arms will be uncovered while they are being massaged and then placed back under the sheet. While lying face down, your back will be uncovered down to the waist only.
Also, you will be alone in the room while you undress and re-dress.

- How long will the session last?
The average session lasts approximately 1 hour. A half-hour appointment only allows time for specific areas, such as the back, neck and shoulders. Some people prefer a 90 minute massage session. To lengthen the benefits of your massage, please allow relaxation time prior to and after the massage. Back to Top
- Are there any medical conditions that would make a massage session inadvisable?
Yes. Anyone with a communicable disease such as measles, mumps and chicken pox may not receive a massage. Those with heart conditions or cancer will require a doctor's note before any massage session will take place. Discomfort from a current cold will be more enhanced after a massage, and therefore inadvisable. When in doubt, cancel your appointment. Back to Top
