Important Information Regarding Reopening My Office! Please Read!!!

I hope this letter finds you and your family well!
This will be a lengthy letter but please read it in its entirety. It contains information regarding procedures that you will experience when coming into the office after I have permission from the state to reopen. It also contains personal information regarding my experience with the virus. You will need this information to make an informed decision regarding returning to massage therapy with me.
I tested positive for the virus on Thursday April 16, 2020. Slight cough and slight fever (never higher than 102) were the only symptoms. I was with my parents (75 & 8o yrs) earlier in the day that I tested positive and I live with my 93 yo grandmother. None of them experienced any symptoms. I wasn't near anyone in 3-4 weeks prior so there's no way to determine how I got it. I have now fully recovered. Yes, I'm one of the lucky ones! I currently (July 2021) still have the antibodies.
Considering this, I cannot inadvertently get it from any of my clients and cannot pass it along to others. However, I will be taking precautions to ensure that you, my trusted client, are safe from the virus while in my office.
My office will be following the guidelines on the CDC website.
The office will be cleaned with disinfectants and sanitizers multiple times per day; before the first client, in between each client and at the end of the day. At least once a week I will have a professional company come in and clean and sanitize the office.
All equipment used in your session and all items in the office and massage room will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use! This will require more time between client sessions.
The following is a list of items that I have purchased and will be using to help protect you as much as possible from being exposed to the Coronavirus while in my office. Not all clients will experience each of these. I will be asking for your full cooperation in this matter and invite you to contact me with any questions, concerns, advice or suggestions.
Protective Equipment:
Infrared no-contact thermometer: This thermometer looks like a small trigger action piece of equipment. I will ask to take your temperature upon arrival. It takes 1 second and is non-invasive.
Pulse Oximeter: This is a small meter that lightly clamps on the finger and measures your pulse and oxygen saturation. Oxygen saturation is the amount of oxygen that is in your blood. This can help identify any possible problems with breathing.
Hand sanitizer: There will be hand sanitizer in the office. I will be requiring that every client apply it to their hands upon arrival for your appointment. Each client is welcome to use it after the session as well. I will be washing and sanitizing my hands before and after your massage.
Surgical masks: Since I have recovered from the virus, I am no longer contagious and cannot pass the virus to you. If you request, I will wear a mask while you're in the office. You are welcome to wear a self supplied mask or use one of mine.
Nitrile gloves: gloves will be on hand if you feel more comfortable with me wearing them to protect you. You are also welcome to wear them if you'd like.
Paper gowns: I have paper gowns on hand if the need arises.
Plastic face shields: I have a plastic face shield in the office of the need arises.
